Player Development

Player development is a journey.  Parents and Player commitment to themselves, coaches and their team is the road that many All-County and All-American Twenty4 players have followed.  Twenty4 coaches all follow our principle to be "Advisors" to each player.  As personal and team Advisors, many checkpoints during the season will happen.  These checkpoints are discussions of how players are performing to set goals and plans ahead.  Every season as players develop, coaches, parents and players will evaluate and adjust  development plan as required.  Goals are always a stretch but always attainable!  Goals should be considered every season as a building block to the long-term future aspirations of every player.  Many players reach college level with hard work and commitment.  Twenty4 is hear to help throughout your journey, whatever your mission is by being part of the Twenty4 family.

Development Principles

Every season players expand their Lacrosse IQ, build strength and learn new techniques.  Strenght and skill building is a guiding principle to great LAX players.  Training principles are shared and learned and often practices on the field and at home.

Every athlete is a critical component to the overall teams success.  As individual goals and plans are established building a team bond on and off the field is a core principle at Twenty4.  Being a valuable team asset is all about working as one.

Athletes in every sport needs to be fast and agile.  We foster and develop fast, powerful and agile players through High School & Collegiate level techniques.
